A heartfelt note of thanks is long overdue for the wonderful work that you undertook last October in fitting a new cambelt on my ten year old Focus Estate Eco. In particular, I must mention the solid support and reassurance that Nigel, Mark and Sarah provided throughout the four days that you had the old lady. This was the first of the new style of cam belts to be fitted and it was a real experience for us all. In particular, the parts list ran to thirty three lines from the smallest bolt to the water pump, engine bracket and new oil. Nor was this an easy task with a rusted bolt that stubbornly refused to release a major bracket, to add an extra dimension of time and trouble. She was returned in beautiful condition and the engine ran perfectly from that moment onwards, rejuvenated: the bonus was Darren’s Report and Recommendations on the condition of the whole car. I was truly impressed and delighted to have driven back to see you, my first trip since I bought the car from you four years ago. This is engineering of a very high standard. Thank you to you all.
